”) services—including the services made available through this website and any other software or services we offer in connection with those services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information described in this Privacy Policy.
When you express interest in our Services or register to use them, we ask for personal contact details—your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Personal Contact Information”). When you purchase Services, we also ask for billing details such as billing name and address, credit‑card number, and the number of employees who will use the Services (“Billing Information”).
Using Cape Automate’s Services you may create, upload, store, and share information such as company descriptions, email IDs, logos, photos, custom emails, user email IDs, and more (“Data”). This Data is stored on Cape Automate’s website. If you run into technical errors while using the Services, we may—with your permission—collect crash reports and certain logging details from your system (“Diagnostic Information”). Such logs can include your operating‑system version, hardware, browser version (and .NET version on Windows), and your email address (if provided). A small cookie stored locally on your computer also retains certain login details (“Login Information”) to streamline sign‑in.
As you navigate Cape Automate’s site and Services, we collect standard web analytics data—browser type, language, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, etc.—using cookies, web beacons, and similar tools (“Analytics Information”).
Cape Automate does not currently collect real‑time geo‑location data. Should that change, we will request your permission first.

Cape Automate does

sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We engage trusted partners for data storage, maintenance, analytics, payment processing, feature improvement, etc. These partners have access to information only to perform tasks for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy.
We may disclose aggregated statistics or de‑identified information (e.g., overall platform usage) at our discretion.

Because certain remediation or content‑removal services may require us to reveal your identity to third‑party websites (to request removal on your behalf), we will do so only with your explicit permission.
We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you delete your account, our customer‑care team will remove your Data from active servers as quickly as practicable, though backups may persist for a limited time.
If you reside in the EU, UK, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, or Switzerland, you may exercise additional rights (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection) regarding your “Personal Data.” Requests must be in writing to Cape Automate (see contact details below). We follow GDPR principles of lawful, fair, and transparent processing; data minimisation; accuracy; and retention only as long as necessary.

Our Services may include public blogs, forums, or wikis. Anything you post there can be read and used by others, and may remain visible after you close your account.
If we make material changes, we will notify you via your primary account email and/or a prominent site notice before they take effect. You are responsible for keeping your contact email current and for reviewing this Policy periodically. No modification is binding unless signed by an authorised Cape Automate representative or posted here.
In the event of a business transition (merger, acquisition, asset sale), your personal data may transfer to the successor, but you will receive notice for 30 days. If the data will be used differently from when collected, you will have a choice consistent with this section.
